Subject: Announcement of Notices for Issuing Degree Certificates of the Second Semester in Academic Year 2024. (112-2)

Notice:

1. Students who satisfy the all requirements may receive their degree certificates.
2. Available Time and Dates for Picking up the Certificates:

During office hours, students who only take Senior class(es) start from June 17. Others start from July 23.Students who need to take summer class(es) start from September 16, 2024.

3. Location of office:

Registration and Curriculum Section (A-1F)

4. Process of Receiving Degree Certificates:

    (1)Complete the school leaving procedures via《SB0107-Inquiry about graduation threshold and school leaving procedures》. Students who are not available to get the certificates in person, please also fill out the form of Letter of Authorization.

    (2)After finishing all the graduation leaving procedures, students should bring their student ID cards to the office of Registration and Curriculum Section when receiving their degree certificates. The student ID card will be returned after verification. Those who lost their student ID cards can visit Report loss of digital Student ID website to complete the EasyCard Deactivation/Refund application procedure.
